Jayden Fox (she/her)

I’m passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered. I believe that organizations can only succeed when their people do, which is why I focus on building systems where both organizations and individuals can thrive.

With experience as both a leader and internal consultant in operations and change management across industries, I’ve successfully led transformational projects from strategic operations design to office relocations and complex systems integrations. Whether I’m designing strategies, optimizing workflows, or guiding teams through change, I ensure that people remain at the heart of every transition.

As a certified change management practitioner, I recognize that change is hard and strive to make it more sustainable, and aligned with the needs of those it impacts most. I approach challenges with empathy, creativity, and a commitment to co-creating solutions that truly work for the people within them.

Jenna Wray (she/they)

I’m a mental health advocate, an engaging facilitator and relationship builder who recognizes that connection and belonging should be at the core of every space we’re in. I help individuals, teams, and communities create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

With a background in human services and over 15 years in the nonprofit sector, supporting people with disabilities, mental health education and suicide prevention, I bring a trauma-informed, people-first approach to everything I do.

 

I thrive in environments where honest and challenging conversations lead to real change. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, navigating interpersonal challenges, or championing inclusivity, I create brave and supportive spaces where even the heaviest conversations feel possible. I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to my work. My facilitation style is warm, calm, and collaborative. At my core, I’m dedicated to supporting workplaces and communities where people know they belong.
